Fibrisol has, at its Ladenburg site, one of the most sophisticated bakery laboratories in the world, linked to a state-of-the-art sensory facility. The core of the operation consists of a Miwe leavening & baking oven, which can mimic the properties of an industrial baking operation. Another integral part of the operation is a shock froster, which prevents the formation of large ice crystals, in deep frozen baked goods, thus allowing the preparation of industry-quality samples. The facility is permanently staffed, by fully qualified technicians, who carry out a programme of Research & Development and client centered, Technical Service.

The bakery ingredients manufacturing division is based at the ICL Performance Products LP subsidiary, in St Louis, USA. The product range is supplied around the world, through the group & dedicated distributors.
